Tell me about a time you caught a medication error before it reached a patient.

Walk through the situation factually: what you noticed, how you verified it, and who you escalated to. Emphasize the double-check habit, not blame.

How do you prioritize when several patients need you at once?

Describe a triage framework, such as airway and vital signs first, then time-sensitive medications. A concrete example from a busy shift lands better than theory.
