Give the state, the level, and the timeline plainly. If you hold a gas line qualification, say so; it widens what you can bill.
Walk me through replacing a water heater safely.
Cover shutoffs, draining, venting or electrical, expansion tank, and code items like seismic straps and T&P discharge. Completeness is the point.
Tell me about a service call where the customer was frustrated before you arrived.
