Name any systems you have used, even briefly. If you are new to them, say so plainly and point to other tech you picked up quickly.
How do you handle physically repetitive work safely over a full shift?
Mention proper lifting technique, pacing yourself, and speaking up before an injury happens. Employers listen for safety awareness, not toughness.
Tell me about a time you noticed an inventory discrepancy. What did you do?
Walk through how you flagged it to a lead rather than guessing. The point is that you report problems instead of hiding them.
What would you do if you were falling behind your pick rate?
Say you would tell your lead early and ask what is slowing you down, whether it is a process issue or something you can fix yourself.
Are you comfortable with shift work, weekends, or mandatory overtime?
